How fees work
Cash & walk-in orders
₱0
No PrintDocx platform fee on any plan. You collect the cash directly and record the order for your sales history, customers and reports.
Online payments
Customers pay through PrintDocx. We deduct the payment gateway's processing fee and PrintDocx's online fee (Free 3% · Starter 2.5% · Pro 2% · Business 1.5%); the net goes to your payout balance.
- • Request a payout once your net online balance reaches ₱100. Requests are reviewed and released on a regular schedule (cutoff and release dates are shown in your dashboard).
- • Cash sales are never part of your payout balance — PrintDocx never holds that money.
- • Fee rates can change in the future; every order keeps the rates that applied when it was processed.
- • Unlimited features are subject to fair use.
