PrintDocx

Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 4, 2026

By creating an account or using PrintDocx Marketplace you agree to these terms. Please read them; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What PrintDocx is

PrintDocx is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent printing shops (“providers”). We provide the platform for ordering, messaging and payment. Providers are independent businesses: the printing, quality and delivery of your order are the provider's responsibility, and the contract for the printed goods is between you and the provider.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Providers must be a real, lawful business and complete verification.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud, or put others at risk.

3. Orders, quotes and “Print now” requests

  • Prices are in Philippine pesos. A quote or offer is not final until the provider accepts your order and, where required, you pay.
  • A “Print now” request is sent to nearby shops. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer.
  • Providers may decline or cancel an order, for example if the file cannot be printed as requested.

4. Your files and content

  • You confirm that you have the right to print what you upload, and that it does not infringe copyright or others' rights.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, including counterfeit or fraudulent documents, IDs or certificates meant to deceive, or content that is abusive or harmful. Providers may refuse such jobs and we may report them.
  • You keep ownership of your files. You give us and the provider you choose permission to use them only to process, print and deliver your order.

5. Payments, refunds and cancellations

  • Online payments are processed by PayMongo. We hold the payment and release it to the provider according to the order status and our payout rules.
  • You may cancel before the provider starts work. After that, or for custom work, cancellation and refunds depend on the order status and the provider's agreement.
  • If a printed order is defective or not as agreed, tell us through the order page. We may mediate a dispute and decide on a refund in line with the evidence both sides provide.
  • Providers pay the platform fees and subscription shown on the pricing page; fees may change with notice.

6. Providers

Providers agree to describe services and prices accurately, deliver as agreed, respond to customers, keep customer files confidential, and not contact customers for off-platform payment to avoid fees. We may limit or remove services that do not follow these rules.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, probing for weaknesses, overloading the service, impersonation, fake reviews, or interfering with others' orders.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep PrintDocx available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a provider's acts or omissions, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies page.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above; continuing to use PrintDocx after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
